Focus

Since 2024, and for a three-year period coming to an end this year, the Festisol International Committee has been working on the theme ‘Environment & Peoples’ Rights’. This theme is approached differently in different regions, in line with local issues: extractivism in Guinea, the empowerment of indigenous women in Gabon, and water issues in Brittany.

A focus area is a topic we choose to explore collectively, through the sharing of tools, resources and training sessions. Each member of the network is free to engage with it a little, a lot, or not at all! And you – how have you taken this focus area on board in your region?
